Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities:
write and publish posts daily on facebook, instagram, linkedin, x (twitter), tiktok, and whatsapp
respond to all comments and dms within 2 hours (business hours)
create post graphics using canva
update and manage product listings on jiji.Com.Gh
build and follow a monthly content calendar
send weekly performance reports — reach, engagement, follower growth
support affiliate recruitment and product launch campaigns with content
Requirements & Skills
What we are looking for:
1–2 years experience managing social media for a brand or business
strong written english — clear, direct, no grammar errors
canva proficiency — you create clean graphics independently
self-managed — you meet deadlines without being chased
smartphone + stable internet (required)
knowledge of ghanaian or nigerian smb market is a strong advantage
basic video editing (capcut or similar) is a bonus
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Knowledge of ghanaian and nigerian smb is an advantage.

This is a full-time role based in Accra. You will own all social media content, publishing, and community engagement for our brands.
WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT:
Not a customer support role
Not a design agency role
Not a "post once a week" role — this is daily, execution-heavy work
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience — paid monthly via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer
