Core Competency Requirements
1. Extensive Experience: Possess over 2 year of experience in machinery sales, capable of leading a team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2. Product Expertise: Proficient in air compressors / mining equipments product knowledge is preferred (such as fixed type, VSD , oil free, configurations, performance, DTH drilling rigs, top hammer drilling rigs ), able to develop sales strategies based on industries applications to enhance conversion rates.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in customer relationship maintenance; candidates with access to high-end client resources or government-enterprise procurement channels are preferred. Capable of handling complex customer complaints and maintaining long-term partnerships.
4. Execution Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in machinery, engineering, business, marketing, etc.
5. Personality: Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated
6. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion ability
