What You'll Do:
🔹 Identify and visit potential clients, including garages, workshops, and spare parts retailers
🔹 Promote and demonstrate the value of Royallion's ignition coils, spark plugs, and tires
🔹 Manage the sales process from prospecting to order placement
🔹 Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
🔹 Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer needs
🔹 Provide valuable feedback to support the company's growth strategy
Requirements & Skills
Key Requirements:
✅ SHS Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification
✅ 1–2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or a customer-facing role
✅ Experience in the automotive spare parts industry is an added advantage
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
✅ Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively
✅ Comfortable traveling extensively within Greater Accra and Tema
✅ Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision
✅ Fluent in English and proficient in local languages such as Twi and Ga
