Honda Hybrid Electric Fluid (HEF) is a specially formulated transmission fluid designed for Honda hybrid vehicles. It lubricates and cools the hybrid transmission and its internal components, helping ensure smooth operation, efficient power transfer, and proper performance of the electric motor and transmission system.
It is not the same as conventional Honda automatic transmission fluid (ATF) and should only be used when specified for the particular Honda hybrid model.
