The 1999-2000 Honda Civic features distinct, more sharply pointed headlights that are longer than the previous 1996-1998 model and feature a small amber reflector positioned between the headlight and turn signal housings . These halogen reflector headlights are not interchangeable with earlier models, as a full front-end conversion (hood, fenders, bumper, and grille) is required to fit them .
