The 2012–2016 Chevrolet Sonic uses halogen reflector headlight assemblies with a chrome housing and clear lens, featuring H11 low beam and 9005 (HB3) high beam bulbs. These first-generation units have a distinctive two exposed round lens design and are not interchangeable with the 2017–2020 facelift models.
