Core Instructional Responsibilities Foundational Skill Building: Teach essential early literacy (phonics, reading comprehension, writing) and basic mathematics (counting, addition, subtraction, shape recognition). Lesson Planning & Preparation: Design age-appropriate, interactive lesson plans that align with the required curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles. Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies to support students with learning difficulties while continuing to challenge advanced learners. Activity-Based Learning: Integrate educational games, visual aids, storytelling, and hands-on activities to keep young children engaged.

Classroom Rules & Routines: Establish clear, predictable daily routines and gentle behavioral expectations to help young children feel safe and organized. Positive Reinforcement: Use encouragement, rewards, and constructive feedback to build student confidence and foster a safe environment. Conflict Resolution: Help young children navigate social interactions, share, manage emotions, and resolve peer conflicts constructively. Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluate students’ academic, social, and fine motor skill development through observation, informal assessments, and coursework. Individual Support: Identify developmental delays or learning challenges early to arrange targeted intervention or special education resources.
