The Manorteq Formplug is a waterproofing material that works just like the swellable bar, formring, or other water stops. The chemical composition is such that, it begins to swell once it comes into contact with water. This works effectively on the external face of the concrete structure after the removal of the tie rods. Once driving inside the tie rod holes, it seals it completely, thereby preventing the ingress of water.
