The QTJ4-26C is a semi-automatic block machine developed on the basis of small and medium models, with more accurate positioning of the mould and discharge head.
**How it works**
It uses a combination of low-mode directional vertical vibration (down-mould) and upper pressure vibration, producing blocks that are fast to shape, high in density, and uniform in strength. The design features electric mould pushing and automatic material feeding, and compared to the older QT4-40 model.
It can produce concrete hollow blocks as well as all kinds of load-bearing and non-load-bearing blocks.
Hollow blocks 8–10 MPa compressive strength, solid bricks can reach 10–12 MPa.
