Quality Assurance: Conduct random line audits to identify stitching defects, tension issues, or measurement deviations early.
Bottleneck Resolution: Monitor the assembly flow continuously to reassign staff and resolve delays at slow stations.
Training & Onboarding: Train line operators on specific machinery, safety protocols, and standardized construction methods.
Machine Efficiency: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure sewing machines, cutters, and presses operate safely.
Data & Reporting: Track daily yield, waste percentages, and reject rates to report performance metrics to plant management.
