Prayer And Evangelism Assistant

*assistant preaching, teaching, and leading church services. *Support the senior pastor in pastoral duties and church administration *Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and mentorship to church members. *Organize and lead prayer meetings Bible studies, and evangelism programs. *Assist in planning and coordinating church events and outreach programs full *Handle basic administrative duties related to the churche's operations *Encourage and support youth, music, and other church department. Oversee church activities, such as ministries, bible studies, and bulletins Manage budgets and administrative staff Attend church functions, preach sermons, and promote missionary work Work with volunteers and ministry staff to implement the church's vision Help the senior pastor with day-to-day activities Provide honest advice and evaluations

*must be leaving in or near Santa Maria and Ablekuma *Match the spiritually mature and committed to church leadership *Must have strong communication and leadership skills *Must have a genuine calling and passion for ministry *Previous experience in pastoral ministry is a plus but not required *Ability to work part-time and available for church services and meetings
