* manage church and business records, schedules, and documents * Handle calls, messages, and inquiries professionally *Coordinate church meetings, events, and programs. * Assist in managing finances, offerings, and expenditure *Support business related administrative tasks when needed * Ensure the smooth day to the operations of the church office *Financial management: Prepare budgets, pay bills, manage inventory, and keep track of finances Office management: Order supplies, maintain databases, and organize records Event planning: Schedule meetings and events Communication: Interact with parishioners, communicate with the clergy, and communicate the church's mission Facility management: Oversee security and maintenance Staff management: Lead staff meetings and manage employee records Long-term planning: Set goals, build community, and nurture spiritual development
