Xypex admix is blended into the concrete or mortar mix at the time of batching to waterproof and protect it right from the start. It out performs other methods because of its unique ability to become a trully integral part of the concrete or mortar matrix. The admix C series has been specifically formulated to meet varying projects and temperature conditions. They perform the dual function of waterproofing and sulphate resistant. A bucket is 20kg, and can do up to 40 bags of cement. The unique property about all Xypex products is their ability to prevent the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction, by causing a catalytic reaction that produces a non-soluble crystalline formation within the pores and capillary tracts of concrete and cement based materials.
