This is a water-based ready mixed Bituminous material. It is applied to porous surfaces such as block wall footings, retaining walls, basements etc. to prevent the ingress of water into the the structure.
Even though it's water based, it dries fast after application, leaving a rubber like texture on the face of the structure that restricts the passage of water or moisture.
It is applied on the concrete or block substrate to seal pores created during the pouring of concrete, and act as a binding agent in the installation of Torch-on, Bitumen or Felt Membrane.
Available are 17kg and 20kg.
