Responsibilities
1.Assist head chef in food preperation and daily kitchen operations
2. Prepare ingredients an support the cooking of menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
3. Assist with charcoal grilling and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
4. Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients
5. Support inventory management and help minimise food wastage
Requirements & Skills
* Minimum of JHS or SHS education
* 2-3 years experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is an advantage
* Experience with charcoal grilling and food preparation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Honest, disciplined, dependable and a strong team player
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of JHS or SHS graduat is good to go
Minimum Experience
2 years
